In The Republic of Congo, After the first-stage solid-liquid separation, the drilling flowback fluid enters the second-stage oil-water separation. After the use of multifunctional automatic separator, the oil content of the flowback fluid is greatly reduced to less than 200mg/L. The crude oil production tank is continuously dehydrated after the automatic separator is installed, and it can be loaded unto the tank truck when the oil pulling level is reached.
