       4.Better effectiveness: The natural gas is recycled for use in the station or transmitted to the combined station through pipelines. The waste water after being purified can be injected to the ground to even boost the petroleum production.

Scope of application:
       (1) Automatic separation of gas-liquid and liquid-liquid in the process of petroleum and petrochemical production.
       (2) Automatic dehydration of various storage tanks in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.
       (3) Automatic separation of gas and liquid in the process of coalbed methane exploitation.
       (4) Dehydration of liquefied gas storage tanks in coal chemical enterprises.
       (5) Oil field production atmospheric pressure storage tank (production area with backwater pipeline or water injection well)
       (6) During liquid-liquid separation, the density difference shall not be less than 0.15g/cm3.
Use case:

       The above figure shows the application site of Wen 184 block of the fourth oil production plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield. Since the back pressure is too high to enter the station, a total of 12 pumping wells are collected and transported into 2 storage tanks and pulled oil. In the figure, two multi-functional medium pressure storage tanks (1.6Mpa) have a liquid volume of 140m3 / D and a comprehensive water content of 85%.
       After the automatic separation device is installed, the pressure in the storage tank rises to 8kg, and the separated sewage is directly discharged into the return water system (4kg). Only crude oil, emulsion layer and natural gas are left in the tank. At present, the water content in the tank is ≤ 4%, which greatly saves the transportation cost of oil pulled by the tank truck.
