Advantages:
       1.Energy Saving: The use of automatic separator does not rely on any external power or require any personnel to operate.  The dehydration process is completely automatic, liberating the labor and workload.
       2.Safe and environmental-friendly: The average amount of oil after extraction is ≤ 200mg/L, which is much productive than artificial dehydration.  The process is also safer and greener.
       3.Cost reduction and better effectiveness: Once the waste water is stripped from the crude oil, it can be drained, reducing the corrosion of the tank wall and prolonging the service life of the storage tank. In the meantime, the impurities at the bottom of the tank are partially discharged.  This way the separator can help discharge the sewage from the tank and reduce the cleaning workload and maintenance cost, as result the oil is purified. Also, the residual steam is used to trace heat, and the emulsified layer is separated for the second time, further reducing the water content in crude oil and the energy consumption of electric dehydration.
 

       1. Drain water immediately when there is water, reduce tank wall corrosion, prolong the service life of the tank and replace the sewage discharge of the tank.

Consumption reduction and efficiency increase: oil and water are separated locally, and the dewatered water directly flows into the sewage tank, which greatly reduces the water contained in the storage tank. The dewatered water can be injected into the return water system by sewage pump, which can effectively reduce the number of oil pulling vehicles and reduce the transportation cost.
       3. Safety and environmental protection: the average oil content of stripping level is ≤ 200mg / L, which is much better than manual dehydration and improves the level of safety and environmental protection production.

The waste water pump can pressurize the waste water back into the water return system. The cost of using tank trucks can be reduced.

Scope of application:
       (1) Automatic liquid-liquid separation in petroleum and petrochemical production.
       (2) Automatic dehydration of various storage tanks in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.
       (3) Oil field production atmospheric pressure storage tank (production area with backwater pipeline or water injection well)
       (4) During liquid-liquid separation, the density difference shall not be less than 0.15g/cm3.
Use case:

       The above figure shows the use site of the first oil production plant of Changqing Oilfield. The daily liquid production of this block is 40m3, and the comprehensive water content is about 70%. After the automatic separator is installed, the comprehensive water content in the oil storage tank is less than 5%, and the free water is automatically discharged into the water storage tank, which not only greatly reduces the oil pulling cost, but also the purified sewage can be reinjected, which not only solves the problem of water injection source, but also replenishes the formation energy, and the output of oil wells is significantly increased.
